Community Shopping Days Registration

Complete the form below and indicate when you would like to reserve a time for a Shopping Day. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and organizations and groups are permitted to one reservation only. 

In the form below, please select all the dates and times that your organization is available. Once the form is submitted a member from our team will contact you to schedule a reserved time. Our team will do our best to accommodate reservation times.
